SALON POLICIES
Late Policy:
There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule. Please keep in mind that your stylist may need to alter the service from the original service scheduled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours from your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than a 48 hours notice, we will charge 50% of the service total. We will require a card on file to schedule an appointment. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
If you are unhappy with your service, we must hear from you within in 7 days for redos.
In-Salon Product Purchase Policy:
